Heat a pan,add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the chicken pieces along with 1 tablespoon of crushed pepper
and 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.Cover the chicken and cook till it half done and keep it aside.
In the same pan add 1 tablespoon of oil then add dried red chilly slice and saute it.Add garlic and ginger
and saute it for 2 minute in a medium flame.Add the chopped spring onions bulb and stir for a minute.
Add the sliced capscium and cook it for 2 minutes.Add the half cooked chicken pieces and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoon of soya sauce and stir it for 1 minute.Then add corn flour mixed with 1/2 glass of normal water
and cook till it become dry.Add 1/2 tablespoon of crushed pepper and salt if needed along with the chopped spring onion
and mix it.fially add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and mix it with the dry fry.Switch off the flame.
Our Pepper chicken boneless dry fry is ready to serve.You can serve it with chapathi,fried rice and normal rice.
